Breakfast, Thailand style (at a fancy hotel, that is)
I could so get used to these breakfasts. Wow. On this plate, starting at the top: Eyes of Dragon (a delicious fruit), stir-fried veggies, a pickled egg, smoked salmon, pickled beets, pound cake, fresh pineapple, fresh sugar doughnut with apple stuffing.
The doughnuts are particularly dangerous. (I ate two more after this one, plus coffee, juice and the freshest milk I've ever tasted.)
Now I'm getting ready for my first presentation. I'm a little nervous, but also excited because I think it's going to go well and people are going to dig it. We'll see.
